Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 States within the United States via UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground or USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority. Shipping is free to all States (with the exclusion of HI and AK) on orders that total to $49 or more. We're currently unable to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time, but are working diligently to provide this support very soon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to process orders within 1-2 business days. Certain factors may delay processing such as high order volume, holidays, and weekends. In such cases, order processing may take up to 3-4 business days. After the order has been processed, we ship with UPS Ground or USPS Priority which can typically take 3-5 business days not taking into account unforeseen circumstances.
Do you ship internationally?
As of date, Panda Pack is only able to ship within the United States, but are working hard to bring International shipping very soon! We don't want to cut corners, and that means putting the right processes in place to ensure your package can get delivered to our level of quality without increased risk of damage.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free of charge for orders $49 USD and above except when orders are more than 30 lbs. This minimum for free shipping excludes sales tax, discounts, and promotions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email shortly thereafter. You can the conveniently track the status of your shipment via this link. If you haven't received your tracking number, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Are my orders taxed?
Items on our site may be subject to taxes depending on both the item in question and your intended mailing address. Estimated taxes are calculated and displayed upon checkout.
Some of my items are missing or damaged. What do I do?
We do our very best to ensure that all of the items you ordered will get to you in pristine condition, but in the event that items are damaged or missing, please read our Return Policy or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of package receipt.
I'm sensitive to allergies - is food processed at your location?
No, we do not conduct food processing activity. All items sold are pre-packaged and stocked with care. For more information on food safety, please visit our Food Safety page.
Are baked goods fresh?
As a reminder, we source our baked goods fresh on the same day they're shipped (Mondays and Tuesdays). In instances where there are delays in delivery once a package has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.
