Returns

GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION 

We generally accept returns if the item is in its original packaging, unused, has not been tampered with, and is in sellable condition.

If item is damaged, incorrect, expired, or defective, please notify us immediately at help@gopandapack.com. Panda Pack must be notified within 72 hours of package receipt. If the customer has not notified us within this time frame, the customer is presumed to have accepted all the items and shall waive any rights thereto.

Items NOT eligible for return: 

  • Items that are damaged, used, tampered with, or in unsellable condition due to the customer mishandling the items.
  • Damage as result of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  • Items that are marked as on sale, promotions, and clearance items.
  • Baked goods. We ship our baked products fresh from the bakery. Circumstances outside of our control such as shipping delays caused by the shipping couriers we work with may affect the products' freshness upon arrival. Please order at your own risk.
